HOTEL PET POLICY

Welcome to The Wayfarer Downtown LA! We are delighted to have you and your pet as our guests. To ensure the most comfortable stay for yourself and others, please acknowledge and observe the following pet policy guidelines outlined below:

  • The hotel is prepared to accommodate your pet in your guest room. The Hotel will accept pets that are no larger than 40 pounds, are fully house trained, well-behaved, and appropriately restrained. Your pet must follow all local legislative requirements including being current on vaccinations.
  • Your pet must always be on a leash while on property, unless confined to your guest room.
  • Pets should never be left unattended at any time.
  • Any disturbances, such as barking, must be curtailed in a timely fashioned to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
  • We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in any of our restaurants (indoor or outdoor). This exclusion does not apply to service animals.
  • You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on Hotel property and in the neighborhood. The Front Desk is happy to supply doggie bags throughout your stay.
  • Please contact the Front Desk to arrange for a convenient time to service your room. No attempt will be made to enter your room if there is a pet in the room unless the owner is present.
  • The charge for your pet’s stay is a one-time nonrefundable fee of $75.00 plus tax. We allow a maximum of two pets per guest room. All pets must be registered with the Hotel.

You agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Hotel, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet. The Hotel reserves the right to charge your account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
